Like many of its predecessors, the Lost Vape Paranormal DNA 250C is beautifully packed. You will find the mod inside a top quality presentation box, fully covered by a cardboard sleeve. With the device you also get a micro-USB cable, and OTG style cable, a small suction cup and the user manual.

The suction cup is used to take off the side panels, which are interchangeable. Also the OTG cable is used to turn the mod into a power bank, which can ultimately recharge your phone or tablet.

Design and main features of this dual 18650 box mod

The Paranormal DNA 250C is one of the most beautiful and well-built box mods on the market today. It's not as powerful as a Jouetech ESPION but gets the job done with great ease. The outer chassis is machined out of die-cast Zinc alloy and the build quality is top notch. It measures 91.5mm x 55mm x 27.5mm and has a reasonable amount of weight to it. The finish feels luxurious and we definitely recommend the carbon fiber panels for the best experience possible.

On top of the mod we can see a spring loaded 510 connector, which can accommodate atomizers up to 25mm in diameter without overhang. The fire button, display, adjustment buttons and micro-USB slot are placed on the main side. It takes two high drain 18650 batteries to power up the Lost Vape Paranormal and to get access to the compartment you need to slide and unlock the bottom door.

The 0.96-inch TFT display is colored and easy to read even in direct sunlight.

The all new DNA 250C chip

This mod is powered by the newly released DNA 250C chip. It uses the latest technology from Evolve and has been down throttled to 200W for increased stability, durability and efficiency.

Besides the impressive temperature control suite – which offers support for Nickel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel – this chip also features Boost Mode and Replay. And while Boost Mode is nothing more than an advanced pre-heat function, Replay is something we've never seen before on a mod. It essentially "records" your most perfect puff and then re-plays it each time you press the fire button. This ensures an amazing hit every single time; however it only works with temperature sensing coils. You can also use it with mixed wire builds, with the condition that at least one of them is TC compatible.

The Lost Vape Paranormal DNA 250C also features 2A fast charging and it's compatible with Escribe. This is the company's software utility, which lets you configure advanced settings and change different aspects about your mod. Output power ranges between 1 – 200W, while maximum voltage is 7.4V. The mod will fire down to 0.1 Ohms in power mode and down to 0.08 Ohms in temperature control mode. It has a working efficiency of 97%, which is among the top we tried.

The Paranormal DNA 250C is a high end vape mod with exceptional build quality, impressive performance and lots of technologically advanced features. Replay does an excellent job at delivering the same consistent hit every time and the board is very fast, accurate and with outstanding temp control capabilities.

It's a mod that feels nice in the hand, it's perfectly balanced and comes with in depth adjustments and various protections. The battery door is not the best we've seen and you can only use it with 25mm atomizers, but it's a small price to pay for the experience it offers.
