The famous and flawless YiHi SX500 chip

This mod uses the mighty YiHi SX500 chip from Yihi, which is the same as the one inside the SX Mini G Class. It's a board famous for its flawless performance, accuracy and speed. It's full of state of the art features like SXi-Q Intelligent Taste Curve, Joule mode and fast 2A balanced charging.

What you get with the VBoy vape

The mod comes packed a lovely black presentation box. Inside you will find the GTRS VAPE V BOY itself, a micro-USB cable, a microfiber cloth, a carry case and the user manual. It is available in five different color schemes including Black-Red and Black-Teal.

Design is unique and very natural

The GTRS VAPE V BOY mod measures 90mm x 49mm x 34mm and has a very unique and interesting design. The shape is very ergonomic and feels incredibly natural in the hand. Has a solid 510 connector on top, with a spring loaded center pin. This can accommodate atomizers up to 28mm without any overhang. The oversized fire button, display and adjustment buttons are placed on the face of the mod, with the micro-USB slot on the left side. Both of the sides have rubberized finish for extra grip. Battery door is on the bottom and had a slide and lock mechanism.

Button layout: looks strange, feels great

The layout of buttons is more than original and it's something we haven't seen before. This is in order to have easy access and it follows the natural line of thumb movement. And the results are pretty impressive. This is hands down one of the most natural feeling mods we tested so far. It has the perfect amount of weight to it and everything is built from top quality materials.

Beautiful display and user interface

The 1.3" colorful OLED display on the GTRS VAPE VBOY is really impressive. Besides the very friendly user interface you can also change wallpapers and how everything shows on the screen. Also from the menu you can select between power more, temperature control for Nickel, Titanium and Stainless Steel, TCR and set the output curve. Left button is for selecting flavor modes, middle button is from selecting between Joule mode, TC mode and power mode, while the right button is for the memory presets.

The mod hits very hard, and the experience is similar to that from the VGOD PRO 200W vape.

Performance and the con we found with this mod

As you would expect, performance on the GTRS VAPE V-BOY is more than impressive. This here is extremely affordable cloud chasing vape mod built for pros. It has all the features and adjustments you might think of and feels so good in the hand. Works great with big atomizers and the output power of 200W is more than enough. The only con we have is the battery door which doesn't seem to close properly some times. It has to do with the slide and lock mechanism, especially when you sit the mod on the desk. The spring becomes loose and sometimes it won't make contact with the batteries.
