Wismec Theorem RTA
A cloud chasing hybrid
The NotchCoils are really impressive in terms of flavor and vapor production and the Wismec Theorem RTA can chuck out clouds like no other. Honestly the experience is very similar to an RDA and I can't get enough of it. It does however go through e-liquid like a warm knife through butter but it's totally worth it. It's not the kind of atty I would carry around to work with me, but it's definitely the one that I would love to enjoy when I get home.

Wismec have been pretty successful with most of the products they released recently and today I want to talk to you about one of their latest atomizers. If you've been vaping for a couple of years than it's likely you owned or heard about Genesis style RTAs. These devices have the coil at the top of the tank and this made the flavor super intense; however you had to use steel meshes instead of cotton to get the ejuice to the coils and, besides leaking, that was a major con these devices shared.

The product was designed by the one and only JayBo with the help of Matt from Suck My Mod and together managed to come up with a very innovative concept.

Besides this atomizer, Wismec have also included inside the box two of their brand new NotchCoils, a revolutionary approach to standard Kanthal alternatives that deliver fantastic flavor and can be easily re-wicked. But without further ado, let's check out this product, what else it comes with, its features and how it performs.

The Wismec Theorem RTA comes packed in a nice transparent hard plastic box and inside you will find a fully assembled device, a spare Pyrex tube, a spare stainless steel and glass tube, a spare NotchCoil (rated at 0.25 Ohms), and a bag of goodies with spare O-rings, screws, dual airflow adapter and a small Allen Key. What's interesting about it is the fact that you can only build on one side of the deck, while the other side is completely covered with a black peek insulator that helps seal the e-juice inside the tank and provides airflow.

Just like on a Genesis atty, the e-liquid tank is located at the bottom of the deck, with the cotton wicks going down through two slots on the sides. The device has a detachable structure, each piece being held in place via O-rings or stainless steel threads. It measures 22mm in diameter (a bit more with the stainless steel sleeve on) and has a total height of 46mm (so it has a small form factor).

The Wismec Theorem RTA comes with adjustable airflow, which is controlled via a metallic ring (that can be replaced with the dual airflow version which comes inside the box, if you're looking for an even airier draw) detachable from the top cap. The deck has two negative posts and one double positive post on which you can build either a single horizontal coil or two vertical coils. You can also use it with big diameter Claptons but you have to trim the leads close to the posts.Wismec Theorem RTA notch coil

The e-juice fill port is located on the back of the deck and it's easily accessible with a needle top bottle or a dropper. It can hold around 3ml of e-liquid and with the transparent glass tubes you can always see when you're nearly running out.

Former pack-a-day smoker, I discovered electronic cigarettes back in 2011. Since then vaping has slowly turned into my hobby and my full time job. I’ve tested hundreds of e-cigarettes and mods across the years and constantly used my knowledge and experience to help others make the switch. I’m passionate about technology, I enjoy reading and I love big flavorful clouds.
