We took our time to thoroughly test the Eclipse and it quickly became one of our most liked vapes for dry herb. The combination between a top oven, ceramic chamber and the long glass, straw-like, mouthpiece are ideal for that clean, authentic flavor. The Eclipse is super easy to use and battery life is more than great. Cleaning the device does take some skill.

A first look at the E-clipse
The E-clipse vaporizer comes packed in a beautiful black cardboard gift box. Inside you will find the unit itself, two mouthpieces, 4 silicone rings, a charger, a brush, a packing tool and the user manual. Everything feels high quality and to be honest the presentation is well above this price range. We recommend getting a good quality grinder to fully enjoy this vaporizer’s potential.
Dimensions
This portable dry herb vape has a glossy plastic finish and measures 95 x 38 x 19mm. It has a nice rectangular shape and feels very natural in the hand. Not as stealthy as some of the high end competitors like the MIQRO vaporizer, but ultimately it can be quite discreet. Also the airflow slots are conveniently placed on the top sides so you won’t block them with your fingers.
Eclipse vaporizer design
The E-clipse vaporizer comes with a flat plastic mouthpiece installed. It has the display and all buttons on the front and the micro-USB charging port on the left. The chamber is ceramic and has a good quality screen right under the mouthpiece. You can adjust temperature between 300F - 435F and it takes the device around 30 - 40s to reach peak value. The display shows remaining battery life, current temperature, heating temperature and an indicator when it’s good to vape.
The Power
The device is powered by an built-in 2200mAh battery and that’s enough for plenty of enjoyable sessions. It all depends on the your preferred vaping temperature. It takes around 4h to recharge and to turn it on simply press the fire button for five consecutive times. Once you set your temperature the device will display “Heating†as it heats up and “Warm†when it’s ready to vape. Since this is a conduction vaporizer use the provided tool to tightly pack the dry herb inside the chamber. Also we recommend cleaning the chamber after each session to enjoy that rich, clean taste every time.
Glass mouthpiece included
And while the flat mouthpiece does a good job we prefer the glass on top of the E-clipse vaporizer. This cools down the vapor when using it at higher temperatures and get rid of any synthetic odors. Feels very comfortable on the lips and it really improves the overall vape quality.
Final Words
In terms of performance the E-clipse vaporizer is an excellent vaporizer. Flavor is fantastic, vapor production is pretty good and battery life couldn’t be better. For just under $140 it’s a great little dry herb vape that works perfectly, feels super comfortable in the hand and it’s very easy to use. It’s great for beginners and intermediate vapers and it quickly became one of our personal favorites.
