Ecigarettes and places where they are welcomed

It’s takes a lot of time to quit smoking permanently and many are struggling with their nicotine addiction. Luckily you can now switch from smoking to vaping thanks to the ecigarette, but still you can’t really enjoy your device anywhere you like. Some locations have rules regarding vaping while others tend to be very strict. You just need to know where they are welcomed. Depending on your location, you may be able to enjoy your device in more areas than others but it’s always better to check the policies because laws on ecigs vary from place to place.

vape shop When it comes to ecigarettes, the comfort of your home is hard to beat. Without worrying about the effects of second hand smoke could have on your loved ones, most vapers like to enjoy their favorite flavor while reading a magazine, in bed, watching TV or simply lounging around the house.

Since your device is environmentally friendly and does not bother others it is usually accepted in many public places (except some states like New Jersey, Illinois, New York, California and Utah). Fans of ecigarettes have also found some other locations like bars or restaurants where they can enjoy these devices. While most establishments don’t allow smoking, many do not mind ecig use and they always have a tolerant view for what they are concerned. Of course, cigar bars do welcome smokers of any kind. Our recommendation is to check and follow the policies of the location you’re in, and to always have a friendly and respectful attitude towards others.

But as their popularity among users increases, so will the perception of the general public. As of October 2013, the Henley Vaporium has opened its doors in New York. Located on Cleveland Place in Soho, it is the first ecigarette bar and it is the idea of Peter Denholtz, Talia Eisenberg and Denholtz’s brother Jon. They are all ecigarette enthusiasts and know a lot of vaping and this lifestyle.

This 2,700 square foot store feels exactly as a traditional bar, except there is no alcohol served (only cold pressed organic juices) and customers are served by a “vapologist” behind the bar. These vapologists will refill your atomizer or cartridge with any flavor you might enjoy and they are also trained to answer a lot of questions about the devices and their benefits.

They will open another location in Union Square very soon and a third one planed for the first half of 2014. If everything goes according to plan, you might have a Vaporium coming to your city in the near future.

“We’re a place for people to come and learn about electronic cigarettes and vaping […] our goal is to get people to understand there’s an alternative to getting nicotine without the chemicals, without the tar, without the things that are causing cancer.” Peter told The Daily Ticker.

It’s places like these that would put a smile on any vaper’s face and we should all consider the social importance of these establishments.
